- Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

- There is no room service.
Please use the restaurant on B1F or we will introduce you to nearby restaurants.
- Q Can you tell me about the storage of valuables?
- There are no safes in the rooms.
If you wish, please complete the procedure at the front desk and we will store your luggage in the safe.
- Q Please tell me about home delivery.
- You can send your luggage at the front desk.
We also have shipping boxes (for a fee) and shipping slips available, so please feel free to ask.
- Q Can I send my luggage to the hotel before my stay?
- For advance parcel deliveries, please write the guest's name, phone number, and check-in date on the shipping slip and send it to us.
Your luggage will be handed over to you when you check in.
- Q Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
- We will keep your luggage at the front desk before and after check-in. Please feel free to ask.

Bedding is not provided, so please check the width of the bed carefully before making a reservation.

- Our hotel does not have a parking lot or driveway. If you are coming by car, please use the nearby paid parking lot.

- The hotel is a 4-minute walk from Kyoto City Hall Station on the Kyoto Municipal Subway Tozai Line, a 3-minute walk from Sanjo Station on the Keihan Main Line, and a 5-minute walk from Kawaramachi Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line.
